RETURN Policy:

In our unique 48-hour return policy the Customer is entitled to return the item within 48 hours of sale to a Phone Fixed Ltd Voucher. Not refunds into the original method of payment. The voucher will be subject to testing if the item is returned in the same condition as sold. To prevent abuse, phone Fixed Ltd Reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges from a specific customer.

All Brand new devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If the manufacturer warranty expires we will cover 6 six-month warranty.
If there are any issues found we will try to repair the item first, if repair is not possible we will exchange the item same to the same or issue a voucher. 

All second-hand devices come with a 3-month warranty. If there’s any fault found, first we will repair the item and if repair is not possible we will exchange the item same to the same or issue a voucher.

The warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage. It can take up to 14 working days to apply for the warranty. we are not responsible for any data loss under any circumstances.

Any kind of accessories can be exchanged only within 14 days by returning in the same condition as sold unused /unopened/undamaged.
